Azu beef


Need: Chicken breast. Ghee. Vegetable food stylist tricks oil for frying. Salt and pepper, other spices if desired. -------------------------------------------------- - Vakumator or Zip-Lock bags. Or dip a paper towel and quickly fry in a well-heated skillet until golden brown for 20-30 seconds on each side.
